We are allowing anglers to launch from any PUBLIC LAUNCH that is connected to or located on Caddo Lake ONLY. For Day-1, the first fish may be submitted as early as 6:00 A.M. on March 13th, 2021 and the last fish must be submitted no later than 2:30 P.M. on March 13th, 2021. For Day-2, the first fish may be submitted as early as 7:00 A.M. on March 14th, 2021 and the last fish must be submitted no later than 2:30 P.M. on March 14th, 2021
