Charity ICE fishing tournament on Oneida Lake ONLY for the first weekend in Feb. for Walleye. 

About: 

On Sunday January 21st, Our friend and avid fisherman Dustin Derby and his family lost a loved one. Cassandra Derby was 23 years old and the loss for the Derby family cannot be described with words. To show our love and support for the Derby family we will be holding the event, “Derby For The Derby’s”. Let’s all gather and have some fun in this event to show our love and support for a member of the fishing community and his family.

Photo Rules:

All fish must have their mouths against the bump board or on ZERO on a measuring stick and have the Identifier (below the fish or on your hand) in the photo... 

mouths of fish CAN be open for this tournament , no deductions. 

ID- either print out the ID for the event and have it present in every submission OR have a “W” drawn on your hand in the photo submitted  

*Do not cover the fish with anything other than your hand to hold it on the bumb board, do not cover the gill plate*

***Location Services MUST BE ON when taking and submitting the photo!****

PayOuts:  50/50 split

one place PER 6 competitors.

50% of all entry fees taken in will go directly to the Family. The other 50% will go to the winners of the tournament! (After hosting fees are paid) 

Winner will be judged by the LONGEST THREE Perch caught from the ice over this long weekend, using a BUMP BOARD* or other measuring device. (Note: if you do not have a bump board you are O.K. to use something else to measure the fish, as long as it is clear for the judges)

*Bump Boards are available at Walmart, Runnings, Fishingonline.com, Fuzzy Guppies in Waterloo, Dicks Sporting goods, and other outdoor/fishing retailers.*
