KBL Midwest Bass Battle (JUNE)
KAYAK BASS LEAGUE (KBL) MIDWEST BASS BATTLE!!!
JUNE 10th – JUNE 24th
**THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC FISHING IN ILLINOIS, WISCONSIN, INDIANA, IOWA, MICHIGAN AND MINNESOTA**
About: The KBL Midwest Bass Battles (MBB) brought to you this month by the Tackle Trap (www.TackleTrap.com) will be the third of five, two week long online events that will run once a month from April until August. This will be a (3) fish limit event!
Start Time: 5 AM CST on 6/10/2017
End Time: 10 PM CST on 6/24/2017
Entry Fee: $20 up until the start of the event ($10 for tournament entry, $5 for big bass pot and $5 for TourneyX hosting fee). If entering on 6/10/2017 or afterward the entry fee will be $25.
Eligible Water: Any publicly accessible water in Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan and Minnesota will be allowed.
Eligible Fish Pictures: All fish pictures must be loaded into your TourneyX.com dashboard in order to be scored for this event. Each fish must be a minimum of 12 inches in length. Each fish must be measured on a Hawg Trough bump board with your tournament identifier in view. The tournament identifier must be properly filled out with your unique four digit user code that’s in your TourneyX dashboard as well as the MBB tournament code that will be posted on the KBL Facebook page and emailed to you the night before the event. Both of those codes should be legible and easily viewed. See the attached additional rules and regulations for more information.
**All fish must be submitted within 24 hours after being caught or they will not count**
Cash Prizes: The KBL will be awarding cash prizes for the top (3) anglers in this event as well as a cash prize for big bass. Cash prizes of $100, $75, and $50 will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place…and big bass will be $40. If there is a tie for big bass then the pot will be split depending on the number of ties.
AOY Points: Every full inch caught will count as (1) angler of the year point (example…37.75 inches will count as 37 points). You will accrue points for each of the (5) MBB events, and at the end your worst score out of the five will get dropped (so your total score will be your best 4 out of 5 events). The top five anglers at the end of the season with the most points will receive additional cash and prizes.
**The more MBB events you participate in, the better chances you have of getting a top 5 finish at the end of the season**
